9. Why is turboSMTP still using the free emails even if I bought a paid plan?

turboSMTP first uses all the email relays provided by the free plan (200/day), which are granted to all users.

Then, once these emails are finished, our service starts using the ones associated to your current plan. The process is automatic.

That is why you may still see in your dashboard that you're employing the basic free plan. Don't worry: everything is ok; and to get information about your actual paid plan you just need to click on the drop-down menu on the top right and then select it.
