FAQ

21. I just purchased a monthly plan/prepaid but I can't send emails. Why?

The activation process is not immediate. After registration and payment, you should fill out a short questionnaire which will be sent to you via email (or in your customer area). The completion of the activation will occur only after our staff have received this questionnaire and verified that the customer is not a spammer.

The email containing the questionnaire will be sent within hours after receiving the confirmation of payment. Generally, a few hours is also the time required for the review phase.
