35. Why my free account has been closed?
turboSMTP cares about the quality of service for all its customers, even those who enjoy a free account. We reserve the right to terminate any free account when either of this options, or both, applies: your mailing generates a high bounce rate, or we receive complaints from your recipients.
We know that both this options may derive from causes independent of our customers, therefore paid accounts are not subject to immediate termination of service, but receive an alert. The reputation of our servers is excellent thanks to this policy, and we can garantee a competitive and inexpensive service for all our clients.
