Is there a minimum amount I must earn before I get paid?

Yes, you will need to accumulate USD 100.00 or EUR 100,00 before you will be paid.

If you have not accumulated USD 100.00 or EUR 100,00 in a payment period, your commissions will be rolled-over to the next one, and they will continue to roll-over until you have accumulated the minimum payout.
