This function is highly recommended for all transactional emails (automated messages such as subscription confirmations, error alerts etc.) that may not be easily tracked, as they are sent automatically after a user's action. For instance, if you have an e-commerce, it can be useful to keep a copy of all the receipt confirmations that your system sends.
