11. Can I send a PDF attached to my newsletter with turboSMTP?

Yes, of course.

But pay attention: we have observed that if you send your email with Outlook or other email clients by Microsoft, some PDF encoding could lead to visualisation problems of the file itself. So if you intend to send PDF attachments, before buying any plans carry out a test with our free service to verify that everything works fine for you.

More in general, we recommend to avoid direct attachments when it comes to send a newsletter: they also make it heavier and harder to deliver. If you need to send a file, however, you work around any issues using a cloud service like Dropbox.
